1 . Period analysis
We continued to control 3 products which are SEAM, SEED, SEHU in Sonite market, and we began to take VENA item to Vodite market. Besides that, in period three or more, we have big trouble with SEHU that is certainly its base cost ($273) is higher than retail selling price ($255). Which enables the profitable seriously affected. 2 . Period Decision
Firstly, we customized the physical characteristics of SEHU product reasonably. All of us aim to the consumer of Lovers segment this system. Secondly, we all try to maintain two outstanding brands SEAM and SEEDS in Sonite market and VENA in Vodite company
With this period, we all realized that advertising plays an essential role in our result, thus we made a decision to reduce the quantity of advertising and marketing from SEAM to divided split and reasonable for any three products. After enhancing the characteristics of SEHU, we produced 50 units together new full price ($407). For SEED, we decreased production planning from 2 hundred units (period 4) to twenty units with this period, since we wanted to sell off products in inventory by previous period.
In Vodite market, we produced 70 units for VENA to consider fresh market. ESTRATO products attempted to focus on Trailblazers segment mainly because its physical characteristics which usually accounted for 70% customer sectors appropriated buyer class here.
We captured more business in Lovers segment of Sonite market and new Vodite business for Innovs segment. Yet , we misplaced market share in Pros yet others segments, all of us also have a mortgage to payback, and substantial expenditure cost to maintain big sales pushes and marketing budget. After the 5th period, our team is in the last stand with the inventory price index base 1000 is 726.
The contribution by company in our company is evidence that demonstrates the bad functionality of our company. We need to modify strategy to improve the performance in next period. 4. Lesson learned...
