Leadership is a human quality composed of inborn and acquired qualities that can affect and transform the behavior of other human beings. This essay identifies command attributes and behavior of just one individual and can attempt to clarify how his influence on the people touched by his leadership design and habit shaped my own leadership design I will make use of a process of analysis that will integrate prevalent command theories to support reasonable findings. However , the judgments, assertions and conclusions are restricted to a personal but objective observation of the activities and habit of one specific over a segment of his lifetime. A common understanding in the leadership-follower relationship features a person directing another to do a thing (leader) plus the other obeying (follower) a perceived better than inferior jobs (Kelley, 2008). This recognized script advanced, the new intrigue (Behavioral, A contingency, Transactional and Transformational) introduced, reflected behaviors engaging leaders and enthusiasts in a symbiotic relationship or somewhere between. These types of unrecognized experts were impacting on family members, co-staffs and house of worship parishioners using a consistent habit pattern that today I could associate with prevalent management theories and analyze this to determine under a multidimensional (Bass & Avolio, 1989) perspective an individual leadership design. Prevalent leadership theories consist of for the purpose of the analysis Feature, Behavioral, Hypotheses X and Y, Contingency, Transactional and Transformational methods. I will borrow from aforementioned approaches, attributes well-known in the behavior pattern seen in our selected subject of leadership to discriminate among leadership ideas, to arrive at a leadership style conclusively. Among the list of people who were unknowingly rehearsing varying examples of leadership designs when showing a consistent tendencies pattern in their community of practice, was my uncle George. A man born through the first quarter of the 20th century in the middle of the great depression, who learned from childhood the economic commitments of adulthood endurance and the beliefs of intangibles such as prize, respect, appreciate for nation and relatives unity.
